RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through biblekin.com and any other sales channel operated by BibleKin ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy. This policy is provided in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods. If the last day of the 14-day period falls on a non-working day, your deadline is extended to the next working day.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from your purchase, you must inform us of your decision by a clear, unequivocal statement before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by:

— Using the model withdrawal form included with your order
We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.
Returning the Product
After informing us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. For your convenience, a pre-paid return shipping label is included in every package. Please use this label to return the product to our address in Israel:

Please pack the product securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Important: Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If you use the pre-paid return label included in your package, the cost of the return label (around $80/EUR 70/CHF 70/PLN 300/ILS 50) will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to arrange your own return shipping to our address in Israel, the shipping cost is at your own expense. Please note that our return address is located in Israel.
2. Your Refund (Change-of-Mind Returns)
Upon receiving the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
What You Will Receive
Your refund will include:
— The full purchase price of the product
— Minus the cost of the pre-paid return label (stated in point 1) if you used the label included in your package
If the returned product shows a decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (for example, use beyond simple inspection), we may deduct the corresponding decrease in value from your refund.
Method of Refund
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method. No fees will be charged to you as a result of the refund.
3. Defective or Non-Conforming Products (Legal Guarantee)
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or - if neither is possible or proportionate - a full refund.

Returning a Defective Product
To return a defective product, please use the pre-paid return label included in your package, or contact us for a return label if you have discarded the original. All return shipping costs for confirmed defective products are covered by us at no cost to you.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the reported defect. If the defect is confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price with no deductions for return shipping. If the product is found to be non-defective but the return falls within the timeline described in Section 1, the return will be processed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2, and the cost of the return label (if used) will be deducted from your refund. If the product is found to be non-defective and the Section 1 timeline has passed, no refund will be issued. We will notify you of the inspection outcome in either case.
